Stories have beginnings, middles, and ends, and characters who want things. We don’t publish poetry, or aphorisms, or philosophical meanderings. We publish stories.
And we’re interested in reading yours.

We’ve been overwhelmed in recent weeks with stories related to suicide. Besides wondering about the cultural implications of this uptick, we’re also kind of tired of reading them. If your story involves the subject of suicide, please consider submitting it to a different publication.
